General Terms of Use of www.incentivesalicante.com

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter “GTU”) regulate access to and use of the website under the domain www.incentivesalicante.com (hereinafter “Website”), owned by “MIHAELA MURESAN POPA” (hereinafter COSTA BLANCA DMC), and made available to users (hereinafter “User/s”).

By using the Website, the User fully accepts the GTU in force at the time of access. Therefore, if the User does not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein, they must refrain from using this Website.

COSTA BLANCA DMC reserves the right to modify the GTU without prior notice and at any time. Likewise, COSTA BLANCA DMC reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or cease operating the Website at any time.

5. Conditions of Access and Use of the Website and its Content

COSTA BLANCA DMC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website or the accuracy of its content and shall not be held liable for damages arising from technical errors, unauthorized access, or viruses introduced by third parties.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTU are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Denia (Alicante, Spain), unless otherwise required by law.

This Privacy Policy complies with the current regulations on data protection:

II. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

 Right of Access
The right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, if so, access to such data and information regarding: the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients, the envisaged retention period, the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling), and, where applicable, the safeguards in place for international data transfers.

Right to Rectification
The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed. By providing personal data by any means, you guarantee that they are accurate and agree to notify us of any change. Any damage caused as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data provided via website forms will be the sole responsibility of the data subject.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)

General Provisions
The personal data requested in each specific processing activity are appropriate, relevant, and limited to what is strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with the data minimization principle.

Failure to provide the requested data may make it impossible to deliver the requested service.

The communication of personal data foreseen in each processing activity may, in some cases, be necessary for the execution and maintenance of a contract, and in others for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.

Online Chat Services (if applicable)
If this website uses online chat software provided as a self-service tool to improve customer support, the following data may be processed during conversations with the chatbot: IP address and any personal data voluntarily provided by the user.

Such data will not be used to personally identify visitors nor combined with other personal data, unless voluntarily provided by the user during the chat.
