These General Terms of Use (hereinafter “GTU”) regulate access to and use of the website under the domain www.incentivesalicante.com (hereinafter “Website”), owned by “MIHAELA MURESAN POPA” (hereinafter COSTA BLANCA DMC), and made available to users (hereinafter “User/s”).

These GTU are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Denia (Alicante, Spain), unless otherwise required by law.
